Brazil is the worlds largest producer of coffee and much of that coffee is produced by large operations. This offering from the Mogiana region - in contrast - is the product of many smaller farms organized into cooperatives. Mogiana is known as Brazil's top region for specialty grade coffees.
Makes a good single-origin espresso.
