Agápē Roasting Project (Central Park Coffee Roaster)

Agápē is (to our knowledge) the longest-running Central Park (fm. Stapleton)  roaster offering specialty local coffee since at least 2013. Logan House Coffee (Aurora Coffee Shop & Roaster)

Logan House focuses blends through they do offer single-origins online and in their shop in Stanley Marketplace. They make a particularly tasty espresso blend.
