A stellar Sumatra coffee that exudes quality, care, and attention to detail. The wet hull process is unique to Indonesia. Variation that results from this process can prevent achieving an enjoyable, balanced roast; but not in this case. The craft and hand-screening that went into the processing and sorting is evident.

We are roasting this to Full City (medium roast) to bring out complementary layers. Big body, lots of chocolate, and a pleasant herbal spice note to round out the profile. As the cup cools you may even pick up a subtle fruit tone too but it's hard to let it last that long.
