This is a natural processed, organically grown micro-lot coffee from a single grower in the Halo Bariti coop in the famous Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia. This coffee brings a pleasant berry and floral combination and a bit more body than you often find from this region.

The natural processing involves drying the entire coffee cherry which allows the fruit of the cherry to remain in contact with the coffee seed, contributing to the body and accentuating the berry notes.

We offer this coffee as a City (lighter) roast to preserve the fruit-forward qualities which can be overwhelmed in dark and even medium roasts.
