Honduras coffee production has grown rapidly to where the country is now the #1 coffee producing nation in Central America. The Reserva Pacavita region boasts an idyllic coffee-growing climate in western Honduras.

Numerous small farms are tended to on the flanks of mountains, surrounded by biological reserves. The high-altitude weather, rich clay soil, alternating rainy/dry seasons and warm sun ensures the development of excellent quality beans.
